Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Legendary Club Owner ("Game") account and the personal data associated with it. The data controller is No Surrender Yazılım ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company").

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email to community@nosurrender.studio with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the information needed to locate your account (such as your in-game player ID and, if applicable, the email address or phone number linked to your account).

2. Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing a deletion request. We may decline requests that cannot be verified.

3. What Is Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we delete your Game account and the personal data associated with it, including your profile information, game progress, and account identifiers, except for the data described in Section 4 below.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Game progress, virtual items, and any other content associated with the account are lost and cannot be restored or compensated.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data after account deletion where we are required or permitted to do so under applicable law, including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. This includes data retained to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Such data is kept only for as long as the applicable retention period requires and is then deleted or anonymized.

5. Timing

We respond to verified deletion requests without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request in whole or in part, we will inform you of the reason.
